October holds a special meaning — it’s Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month — a time when we stop, remember, and bear witness to the babies who left us too soon, and to the families who carry their memories every day.
This month we are breaking the silence around loss, offering compassion, and building a community of support for those walking through grief.
Ways You Can Show Support
Here are meaningful ways to show up this October:
Rock pink & blue — the awareness colors for pregnancy and infant loss — or add a ribbon to your outfit, house, email signature, profile pic
Make a donation to an organization that supports bereaved families (locally or nationally - see our list of organizations)
Put up yard signs or memorial displays with your baby’s name, or to raise awareness - see these yard signs)
Reach out to someone who’s experienced loss — send a text, a memory, a name — just to let them know they’re seen
Share educational resources or your story on social media to help others understand and reduce stigma
Join an event - light a candle and honor the babies gone too soon
Support to Doula Synergy - engage with us on social media (like/follow, comment & share) and make a donation
Each of these small acts of love helps heal, honors memories, and lets people know they aren’t alone.

It is our vision to transform the way families are supported through loss. We’re building a future where no family faces loss alone—where:
Every grieving family has access to skilled, compassionate doula care and resources
Every doula is equipped through specialized training and community
Doula support is seamlessly integrated into clinical settings through partnership with providers
We are in the start up phase, your donation helps make this vision possible.
What We Do:
Support for Families: in person grief circles, resources, doula & financial support
Bereavement Training & Doula Community: trauma-informed education, tools, and peer support
Education & Collaboration for Providers: grief-informed care and integrating doulas in clinics
Nationwide Doula Directory: connecting families with vetted, trained loss doulas (launching in 2026)
Together, we can ensure every family facing loss is met with compassion, care, and community.
