Pregnancy After Loss Support Program 

The Pudding Club 

If you are currently in weeks 5 - 10 of a current pregnancy after a previous loss, you are eligible to participate in the testing of a new program to support the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of a pregnancy after a loss. This page will lay out the program details, participation requirements and benefits. Program details 

  • Weekly Pregnancy After Loss Support program with email, text, video, activity & journal prompts 

  • Program Content:

    • Trimester 1: Emotional Grounding and Connection

      • (Weeks 5 - 13)
        In these early weeks, participants will set intentions, navigate the dual emotions of grief and hope, practice mindfulness, and learn how to manage stress and care for their own mental and physical well-being. 

    • Trimester 2: Nurturing Body, Mind, and Spirit

      • (Weeks 14 - 27)
        This phase focuses on creativity, spiritual connection, and building strong support systems, engaging in creative expression, meditation and meditation and building connection with partner and other supports.

    • Trimester 3: Preparing for Birth and Postpartum

      • (Weeks 28 - 40)
        This phase prepares for birth, exploring birth preferences, labor positions, hypnobirthing techniques, coping techniques and postpartum prep to cultivate emotional readiness and resilience. 

    • Postpartum Phase: Healing and Moving Forward 

      • (Weeks 41 - 45)
        This phase offers a gentle transition into parenthood, shifting to physical healing, bonding with baby, and self-care.

  • Pregnancy after Loss Guided Meditation

  • Optional Coaching Sessions

  • 24/7 Phone support 

Volunteer Participation 

  • Volunteers will test weeks 5-15 of the program including the email & video content

  • Volunteers are expected to watch the weekly video and read the email in entirety on a weekly basis and complete a weekly feedback form

  • Completion of the suggested activity, journal prompts are optional and not required.

  • Participation in text messages and coaching is option and not required.  24/7 phone support is not included. 

  • At the completion of the program, volunteers must complete a final complete a final feedback form

Volunteer Fine Print  

  • Confidentiality:

    • ​All feedback and personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of improving the program.

  • Feedback details: 

    • We ask for your honest and candid feedback.

    • Please submit your weekly feedback as soon as you have completed the video and email, before the next week's email is sent out.

    • Please reply directly to the weekly email with the form attached.

  • Discontinuation: 

    • You may discontinue participation at any time without consequence.

    • Upon discontinuation, you will stop receiving program emails and lose access to discounted coaching sessions.

    • Any previously purchased coaching sessions can still be used.
